Delete your account
Bag Engine keeps one account per email address: the sign in, the Engines you set up, and your workout history. You can delete all of it yourself from the app, or ask us to do it.
In the app (about a minute)
- Open Bag Engine and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then Account, and tap Delete account.
- Type your password to confirm, then tap Delete my account.
The app removes your Engines and your workouts right away and then deletes the sign in. Anything left behind on our side is cleared within 30 days, apart from backups that expire on their own schedule.
By email
Write to support@boxingengine.com from the email address on the account with the subject "Delete my Bag Engine account". We delete the account, its Engines and its workouts within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your sign in (email address and password).
- Every Engine registered to your email, and its name.
- Every saved workout: punch counts, timing and force, round times and the totals the app showed you.
Nothing else is kept about you. The app has no advertising, no analytics and no tracking across other apps. The Engine itself stores only the Wi-Fi details you gave it at setup; holding its reset for five seconds clears them.
